The way it happens is that some sync issue on the phone or the app doesn’t see a sub and restoring doesn’t work. We assume the sub lapsed & resub. And it lets us. And when the sync issue resolves, the double sub is not fixed. It’s a predatory practice & your crappy company should be punished for it.

Every couple yrs I discover some app charging me double for 2 identical subscriptions. Unfortunately, auto-detecting this on a customer's acct is not possible w/the current state of tech. Why ya'll acting like it's a weird request? Yeah apps store prefs per OS user, but also having profiles within app is A THING. My lazy intern has to choose his name when launching AVID. And in Resolve all user prefs can be saved as a preset and loaded. SO I GUESS IT'S USEFUL AND NORMAL TO WANT

It would be handy if Blender could save multiple, labelled user profiles that could be switched between, for when multiple artists use the same install in a studio situation. #b3d (pls don't reply with how it can be done manually by overwriting the prefs file in the directory.
