I was told by fellow protesters today that there was only one trans athlete in the US, or 10, or 11. I understand the point they’re trying to make but a) no, there are plenty, and b) even if there were only ten trans athletes in the US, that doesn’t change anything.

When men say “of course male athletes have an advantage over female athletes, so we should ban trans girls and trans women from competing for the safety of my (hypothetical) daughters,” I presume they’re imagining males and females all sized like this. Including in elementary school.

This is the weirdest episode of Columbo I’ve seen, “Last Salute to the Commodore.” Columbo can’t stop touching everyone. There are long pauses between lines. Columbo is crouching, hiding, seems a tad high.

Yesssssss it’s Girl Scout cookie time and there were some youth in tan vests at the grocery store! I always support the older Girl Scouts if I can; they don’t get the “awww you’re so cute” sales the Daisies and Brownies do, and their activities are more expensive.
