I'm still trying to decide what to bring to Unpub. E Races Time is kind of in lull. With testing it last year, it felt like I had moved away from what I liked about the game, but simultaneously I'm hesitant to get more feedback on it as I like where it is at. But I just don't see a market for it.

So I'm still watching this. I has been rather informative, insight, & all around good stuff. But simultaneously, I'm feeling like I'm getting called out on certain design decisions, which is good, but I haven't resolved what I've been called out on. One of them is Joe asking Why are you doing this?

Feeling a little imposter syndrome. It has taken me years to understand sort of this what makes me a "new designer". I don't quite like the term, but it is accurate. I don't have many games that have reached a finished state. I have not put in the work that others have; it makes me feel inadequate.

I’m trying to figure out what to bring to Unpub. I’m mostly updating or changing old ideas, making prototypes and then solo testing them out. Last night I started prototyping my new party game: Cheesy, Hot, Best Seller. I need to make like 21 more cards and then I can min test it I think.

Early this morning, I made it to Wild Legend for my 4th time. I started with 8 stars this season. I seem to be getting to Diamond more regularly now, but Legend is totally different. I’ve jamming an XL Pirate Rogue. It’s funny that’s one of only archetypes not really listed on hsreplay right now.
