A 1 bed apt in Wortley Village, #LdnOnt is $1,599. A 1 bed apt in the West Village, New York, NY is $980 ($1425.16 w/ current exchange). And, it’s the nicer place in a more walkable city. We have no business having rental prices on par w/ New York or even Toronto.
