I decided to repurpose an old #RaspberryPi 3 as an audio receiver for my bedside table. My plan was to use it with earphones to listen to music and podcasts while waiting to fall asleep. After failing with #Volumio, Raspbian Lite and this project did the trick: github.com/nicokaiser/r...

I installed #Volumio on an RPI, only to discover that Bluetooth input is a premium feature. Unbelievable. I'm switching to a clean Raspbian Lite install instead and will set up a Bluetooth receiver myself (30 mins at max). I wanted to give Volumio a chance, but it ended up being a waste of time.
