i'm not sure if i've seen anyone talk about this, but seeking an estrogen prescription was the first time i went in to a doctor's office in maybe 20 years. i didn't just get hrt, at her urging i started blood pressure medication, she's treating a vitamin d deficiency, and scheduling cancer screening

Call me what you want but I'm only really "loyal" to the trans community because it's the morally and scientifically correct thing to do. And I empathise with others. And it affects me directly.
