I won our D.A.R.E. writing contest in fifth grade and read my speech in front of the school. By high school, I was doing research papers on how poorly the D.A.R.E. program is run and its lack of effectiveness (and even counterproductivity in many cases).

(TW: plane crash) Was the landing gear not locked into place, or was it just overwhelmed and collapsed because basically the whole weight of the plane appeared to touch down on the back right wheels first? Man that's fucking terrifying.
