How does it improve traffic flow when WB to NB turn has to merge despite there being plenty of asphalt ahead. 1 bike or ambulance and the "flow" will jam, or people will just drive over the stripes. And watch out for that stupid median built after we built the bridge. www.edhat.com/news/new-tra...
