Although I wish he'd made a stronger statement of potential dangers, Sunstein provides a glimpse of the power of the unitary executive. Letting a president -- especially Trump -- control agencies, e.g., the SEC or FTC, provides many opportunities for putting a hand in the cookie jar.

The most (or only) hopeful thing I've read in weeks. Letitia James deserves a medal. I love her warning to NY hospitals that it's a violation of state law to refuse gender-appropriate medical care. Readers' comments indicate people understand the consequences of what's happening.

A supposed genius who's just had access to any number of Fed Gov computer systems, works in the tech sector, but doesn't have sense enough to refrain from posting hateful things about Indians. Who's going to get to him first -- the Russian or the Chinese hacking groups? He's a sitting duck.

www.bbc.com/news/article... "...Trudeau ... less than 1% of fentanyl going into the US comes from Canada." If 1% of fentanyl coming into the US comes from Canada, how much fentanyl (and guns) going into Canada comes from the US?
