Oh man it's kind of driving me crazy that you can't nest psuedo-classes like :hover or :target-current inside of pseudo-elements (like ::scroll-marker) in CSS. (This is a PSA if you've run into this in other contexts like with :part(), now ::picker(), etc.)

I also recommend avoiding ALL Chromium/Blink based browsers, as it furthers the Chromium monopoly, hurting smaller browsers and web diversity (Cloudflare blocking browsers they don't recognise). Fight the monopoly. Use LibreWolf or Zen instead. Support upcoming indie browsers like Ladybird & Servo.

I can't believe how much this is being overblown The articles are referring to the "quests" feature, something you have to go out of your way to find in the app. The ui refresh / nitro being shoved in your face is the problem, complain about that.
