Agreed. They also make people nervous. I like a dog, but I’ve seen many of my students go into freeze or flight mode because someone let a dog run through the schoolyard. Dogs may also jump into ponds where frogs lay eggs, letting their toxic tick meds into the water. Leash dogs when out in nature.
