Never thought I’d see the day when the US votes with Russia, Belarus and North Korea in the UN. The US clearly siding with Ukraine’s aggressor. Never has there been more urgency for the UK to stand united with our European neighbours and friends. We must all stand up to Trump.

I never usually enjoy retail therapy. However, so many people are unwell, including me,(tail end) I thought maybe shopping? All major non food retailers are closed today. Perhaps a walk in the park? Royal Parks closed today. Has New Year's Day UK always been like this?
