Marshalling at Catford #parkrun this morning as doing the Cancer Research Winter Run tomorrow. After heavy rain it was really muddy and I was at the muddiest point - Police Van Corner. Lots of shouting of encouragement and checking on sliding runners- a lovely morning. #RunningPunks #GreenRunners

Catford #parkrun 284 saw 199 finishers in quite muddy conditions - it was nothing like last week’s quagmire! There were 37 first timers of whom 7 did their very first parkrun! As always a massive thank you to the 29 volunteers who made it happen. Congratulations to Jan on his first RD at Catford.

Mountsfield Park was cold and misty, but 142 runners and walkers brightened the gloom for Catford #parkrun 276. Numbers were swelled by a large number of deaf runners and their signer. A massive thank you to the 29 volunteers who braved the cold to put on the event.
