Spoke with the owner of a sports bra company today about how Trump's tarrifs will affect her business. She was nearly in tears. These tariffs will destroy small businesses, hurt everyone. Trump isn't smarter or better informed...just pig-headed. He thinks the ability to wield power is impressive.

Hah! At least this isn't me! My bad day is that I've just realized my 2023 tax return & payment were never received by the IRS. Thanks to a wrecking ball of a president, the IRS no longer answers their telephone, local offices are a disaster. Slashing and burning government agencies harms citizens!

Appreciate this platform for promoting truth, hopeful that @safety.bsky.app will be able to stay on top of fake/scam accounts. Some days I ignore those that reach out to me, other days I report. What have I noticed about their methods? They want to take you off the platform, send dangerous links.

A friend complained that protests are too scattered to be effective. Therefore, he was disinclined to act at all(!!!) This seems right to me: "Some acts of resistance will work; others will fail. It will be some time before we have a clear sense of what works best." In the meantime, find YOUR way.
