@mark-carney.bsky.social I like what you’ve done as PM. But…I may not be able to vote Liberal. Our MP on Cape Breton Island, Jaime Batiste, has DONE NOTHING to improve life for people like me. Props for work he’s done for national indigenous. But big stuff needed here & he’s not in touch.

@mark-carney.bsky.social Hey…seniors have taken the brunt through recessions and the pandemic. It’s not possible to live safely on $1,200 per month. Too many seniors only have CPP and OAS. Raise the combined amounts to $2000 per senior, ditch the GIS, and ask them to spend!

Licensing a foreign country to use our resources? While we pay a different foreign country record-high prices for electricity? Priority wrong

#abandonedRoads. See this road? nova scotia owns it. They refuse to repair it, maintain it, plough it, salt it. It used to be the old highway. it is THE ONLY ENTRANCE/EXIT to our home and our neighbours. In snow, ice, thaw, it is unsafe for us. Heaven help us if we need EMS or Fire trucks then.

@maddow.msnbc.com I read that Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons in exchange for guaranteed security from the US. Is this true? And if it is, does that mean that the US withdrawal of support requires the US to supply Ukraine with an equal # of nuclear weapons at its current market value?
