A tip for overweight people that wanna start working out and are totally unfit (aka get's out of breath from standing up). Never search for "workout for beginners" videos on youtube, instead look for "low impact workout" or "workout for overweight people".

In the universe I'm creating there are 6 different types of creatures. Animal, plant, energy (magic), fungi, gas and anomalies (dragons). Some can be a mix out of those. Like the Elfar (my space elves). They are Elves inspired by horses. Elfar are half energy and half animal based.
