Hey fellow terminated #NEH fellows @nehgov.bsky.social @altnehgov.altgov.info Sharing my #NEH Appeal of Termination, which I uploaded into the eGMS system. Mine is for an individual fellowship. Another example below. It is recommended that if you were terminated you get an appeal in today.

So we did a thing… 🧵 You’ve heard about the erasing of LGBTQ history on National Park Service websites. Egregious changes made to the Stonewall National Monument site (erasing all instances of trans and queer) & the disappearance of resources like the monumental “LGBTQ America” theme study.

Latin Americanists and foreign film buffs: Trying to ID a Latin American film. Only have a meter of 35mm film. Might be titled PRESTAMOS. Kodak edge code suggests copy made in 1922, 1942, or 1962. Perhaps actors, military uniform, or locale will help with ID.
