My favorite little green plate. I don't make it often (it takes a lot of time). I hollow out each point with a small wire modeling tool. Then the glaze does the work! The small dots are the result of the extra thickness of the glaze filling the holes. #ceramics #pottery #stoneware #glazes

Throwing a large serving bowl on the potter’s wheel. I don’t prepare one large ball of clay, but rather two smaller ones. So, on the wheel, at the start of the throwing process, you’ll notice that I center the clay in two steps. It’s easier on my arms! #ceramics #pottery #wheelthrown #stoneware
