So I’ll chalk this up to a failure haha The filling was good, but the dough…a mess. It was extremely dry and crumbly, like a shortbread. I pivoted and used phyllo. I shouldn’t have buttered the phyllo like baklava. Oh well.

A perfect album that came out when I was 21. Scarlet's Walk, by Tori Amos. I wasn't 21 until December 2002. I didn't realize it came out basically the week my dad had his stroke. Life changed, a lot. I saw a lot. I traveled a lot. I listened to this album endlessly through the entirety of 2003.
