Not sure it’s that easy. We recently proposed a checkpointing selection criterion (arxiv.org/abs/2411.05238) to match better the distribution of secondary structure elements of native proteins from PDB but it doesn’t seem to work too good.

To me it is mainly proof that they can design some proteins, but the design in itself does not have much of a use. And they make the effort to characterize the designs in vitro. Which not all design model paper does.

Some methods incorporate "some" dynamics. BindCraft co-refold the designed binder and the target and RFdiffusion always induce a bit of movement on the target, and when keeping the protein fixed, the results are not as good. While "true" dynamics are not implemented, they are not completely ignored

J'ai finis mon master l'année dernière et tout mes camarades utilisaient massivement chatGPT, et maintenant en recherche bcp de personnes font de même. A la fois utilisation massive de chatGPT et pas beaucoup de recul sur les infos, particulièrement chez les jeunes

Un point non négligeable de l'utilisation de l'ordinateur est l'impact sur les autres élèves. Un élève qui regarde un film/ des RS déranges aussi les élèves autour.
