Tw: suicide I’m late to finding this news out, but I need to share. My friend passed away in November last year at 25. She was a proud transgender woman in Virginia who loved the Harry Potter fan community and heavy metal. Her name was Luna Monroe, and her memory will continue to be a blessing.

I do wish that other queers would read this thread! The Talmudic “genders” are largely an attempt to fit intersex people into a binary sex classification. It doesn’t map into our modern understandings of gender well. Rather, it’s best used as an example of how gender is constructed.
