Character voice in localization is something that seems so minor but it's also super important. The differences between "Wait a sec," "Wait a minute," and "Wait a moment." might feel pedantic but it's the kind of thing you really need to consider on a per-character basis.

This makes sense when you remember it can't "understand" anything. It creates the illusion of understanding by drawing from large amounts of data based on the prompt given, and collating that data to find the response that seems most likely to make sense based on recognized patterns.

This is good news. And no, poor families do NOT have to have Netflix to access Sesame Street. Netflix will release episodes to PBS the same day they drop on Netflix, which is significantly better than the prior deal with HBO, which delayed episodes for 9 MONTHS before porting them over to PBS.
