There is absolutely nothing dangerous about Wellington. You can score if you don’t shoot, and you can’t win if you don’t score goals. Are they still in contract talks with Italiano 🤷🏼‍♂️ I think they could do better by bringing in a different coach for next season.

Very pleasing & arguably strong performances by @sydneyfootballclub.bsky.social the past 2 games. We controlled each game quite well. Let’s see if we can do it against quality opposition. But at least with an out of form Nix & whatever you’d class Brisbane, I fully expect 2 more wins on the trott.

I don’t even think we were trying to maintain such possession, it’s just Perth couldn’t keep the ball. With players like Caceras and Sena who are excellent at keeping possession, these stats aren’t surprising. Although considering the scoreline and high xG, I still think we underperformed.
