If you take Canadian oil out of the equation, Canada actually has a trade deficit, and the U.S. has a surplus — of $58 billion. We supply cheap oil to the USA to ensure North American energy independence, so North America can never again be held hostage by OPEC countries. #Canada #Trump #cdnpoli
