I recently learned about using a French press to make your own barrel-aged stout variants. I used a Central Waters BA Stout & 2 Oreo cookies infused for about 30 minutes. It was okay....it didn't pick up much Oreo flavor. I think I need more time and/or cookies. It'll be fun to experiment.
