This Liam Lawson Red Bull saga makes me feel it was assumed he would be off the pace. Now Yuki comes in and Max has a 2 race head start it's easy to have a clear No1 and No2 driver in every race with no reason to challenge that narrative from so early in the season. McLaren don't have that luxury

Watching Arcane on Netflix. It is so good. You can see they have taken their time creating something special in their eyes. It doesn't feel rushed out to capitalise on a mood. It feels complete, even if it is open ended.

Anyone actually managed a digital detox? So much of our lives requires access to technology. Longest I have managed recently without a phone is 2 days. It's too easy to pay via mobile so I find it all too easy to drop into my pocket.

I hardly watch any live TV these days but I don't mind paying the licence fee. Let's be fair it's bloody good value. The alternative is what happened to our rail network where no one wants to pay for the infrastructure whilst simultaneously charging an arm and a leg for the piss poor service.

Pretty much Reddit and Bluesky now for me. Doom scrolled for the last time on Instagram yesterday. Phone told me I wasted 2 hours on it when I could have been productive. That's Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat all dead to me now.
