Hike 7/52 first we’re going to Columbia Hills to see the petroglyphs (Tsagagalal), then on to Hamilton Mountain/Rodney falls loop 7.2 miles elevation gain of 2,198 ft. We will see 2 mountains Hood and Adams, waterfalls and the Columbia gorge.

Everyone in the house was up at 5:30am, my niece is home, my youngest son is visiting, moms still visiting and my partner & I wake up early. What I appreciate is everyone is just doing their thing, no unnecessary talking. Loudest one in the house is Fred the cat.

I had my one month kidney surgery follow up on Monday, I just received the results of my kidney function tests. Blood, urine and CT scan shows the remaining 1/2 & full kidney are doing REALLY good! I can start incorporating more foods, which will help put some weight back on.
