Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford. If you ever visit Oxford, this is a must.

Tintern Abbey, Wales and Whitby Abbey, Yorkshire.

Dresden, 2012. This wall represents rulers of Dresden & is made of Meisen ceramic tiles. This wall survived intact after the devastating bombing in World War II. That was done on the behest of the Soviet Union/ Russians. Things don’t change much do they? Dresden became part of East Germany/ DDR

Inside and outside of Little Moreton Hall, Cheshire, England. A magnificent Elizabethan residence.

Wallace Collection London. Wonderful late medieval plate armour for knight and horse.

2016 Inside the Royal Opera House Covent Garden. Waiting for the Pet Shop Boys to come on stage. I know it’s not Opera, but they had four residencies there so far. Great shows.

British Museum- Sutton Hoo (Suffolk) treasure. A beautiful golden belt buckle.

Another photo from my travels. Jordan. The Treasury at Petra. The Seven Pillars of Wisdom.

Another photo from my travels - the 12 apostles on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. This is one of the great road trips in the world. It was the middle of winter and it was cold but certainly beautiful too.

Another photo from my travels - going to an AFL game at AAMI Park, Melbourne. Brisbane Lions versus Essendon. The stands look empty, but boy did they fill in quick when the game was about to start. Never seen anything like that.

With all the awful things that are happening in the world, I thought I would share some photos of my travels, as I come up to the dreaded age of 60. This is a beautiful flower stall in Melbourne 2004

A few effects updates make such a difference. Enjoying my Christmas present.
