I’m 61 & my mom would have turned 107 years old today. If you do the math… she had me when she was 45.5 years old. I’m the youngest of 9. My parents were poor, old & clearly did not want 9 kids. She was also born before the 19th Amendment was passed. Women’s Rights are Human Rights

This past weekend we put battery operated LED candles in nearly every window of our house. They are the flickering kind and they sure give off a lot of light. I don’t have much to give right now. But I can be the light that drives out darkness. May we all find a way to be that light. 🕯️

I took a much needed social media break today. Hubby & I went on a hike, then we went out to lunch & to a bookstore. We also got these amazing. handcrafted chocolates. Just enough for everybody to take one- you’ve earned it. 💙 Kindred spirits were everywhere. Support local & small businesses.
