Fermenting bananas to make syrup...

I made vegan MAJADO for breakfast... So freakin' good. Mash up a boiled plantain banana. Add some fresh herbs, some spices, some hot sauce, and a ton of fresh vegetables and you have yourself a fantastic breakfast.

Banana chips are my kryptonite. I cannot stop eating them. Someone, please come and take this bowl off my desk.

The cats are hiding under the bed, anxious and scared. We're in lockdown together to keep everyone safe while everyone around us lets off fireworks from their backyards and in the street. I have CBD oil on hand if any of them freaks out, but so far they're all okay. I fucking hate fireworks. #cats
