I had to drive to Tacoma yesterday in whiteout conditions. I counted - no exaggeration - 100 vehicles without their lights on before the sun came out at the bridge. I’m sure there were more that I couldn’t see because THEY DIDN’T HAVE THEIR LIGHTS ON.
