Mourning the passing of Sir. Fraser Stoddart. He was a generous man. I have had the fortune of having discussions over meals about mentoring, research, and education. He shared his time with young researchers and supported them. Too lost for words.. so many memories that are coming back.. 😭 RIP

So grateful to the ACS for having childcare at national meetings, so my daughter can come with. It makes a huge difference, especially when both parents are academics in overlapping fields (=go to same conferences).
