Just an experiment. Chicken thighs with lemon, carrots,mushrooms, asparagus, peppers and some Mediterranean herbs and spices. Drizzled in olive oil. I don't know what I'm doing when #cooking. I just use vibes and trying to include a variety of vegetables in every meal. Usually it turns out tasty!

Doing this and going through my books reminded me of William Nicholson. He wrote the screenplay for Gladiator, but what really impressed me was his Noble Warriors trilogy: Seeker, Jango and Noman. Fantasy that gets you thinking about faith, rules, establishment and human nature.
