Ok that really WAS a pitiful post, I'm sorry 😅 But thank you because I really needed it. About to embark on a (prescribed!) ultra low cal liquid diet ahead of surgery and I'd arrogantly assumed, after last year's relapse-recovery, that it wouldn't trigger anything at all. Joke's on me, huh!
