The human body is kinda incredible? I used to hate myself if I didn't get my 7-8 hrs sleep. But since having my baby was I'm obvs only able to get 3-4 now, if I'm lucky. But somehow I'm sleeping deeper and feel more way more recharged from my sleep than I used to.
