Here are five things I accomplished last week: 1. Taught my two classes of high- achieving 8th graders about speech writing. 2. Communicated with above mentioned students concerning grades. 3. Bought four books at local store. 4.Prepared for upcoming lessons on Shakespeare. 5. Volunteered.

Senate confirmation hearings would be so much more helpful if the candidate could spend more time presenting her views and answering questions than having all of us listen to senators from both sides talk incessantly.
