@majicdave.bsky.social the man himself responded to my email for the source code. Great man for responding. He told me he could unfortunately not give me the source code. I will not give up. I will find a way to experience the game

@majicdave.bsky.social On that glorious day when I finally get the source code to chopper I can finally fade away and stop commenting on every post you make

@majicdave.bsky.social I’ve been begging you for a month or two now. Please email me the source code to chopper so I’m able to port it almost as a birthday gift for myself when that comes up soon. I’m begging you, please send it to me

Little bit of an update on porting chopper, I know no one’s listening in but, I’ve been working a lot on it but I just need the source code to port it. I’ve actually emailed the genius Dave Franpton about it to see if he’d respond. We will see. I’ll keep whoever’s listening updated.

Me after listening to the main theme of chopper

I've been working my ass off trying to port chopper (2008) to a windows computer. I've obtained all the game files and ill see if I can work with them.

Remember this message. If life gets you down, play chopper 1

My Grandma said one of her oldest memories of me was me playing chopper and failing the missions almost instantly because I found it hilarious. She's gone now and I would do anything to go back to those times.

Lets just talk abt chopper. How does a game have a perfect soundtrack? How does a game manage to have arcade style gameplay yet be one of the most fun games to play? How does a game so simple on the surface have infinite replayability? Shame Apple removed it from their store😔

Me when I first played chopper

“When I was 16 I won a great victory. In that moment I felt I would live to be 100” -king Baldwin, Kingdom of Heaven. My god I could relate to that quote when I first beat level 9 or the cave level of chopper when I was like 10.

I remember the good old days. Regular show just came out and release lots of new episodes so I’d watch them and grind chopper.

Some days I like to think back to my childhood. Minecraft parodies, Cartoon Network and Chopper. God where’d all the time go😔

What does dying and playing chopper have in common. They both give you a taste of heaven

Is there anything that raises testosterone more than playing Chopper late at night
