Very pleased to hear that one of my snowbird relatives just sold their Florida home to return to Canada. 🇨🇦 I’d like to see much more of this, as a movement, but also I’m just glad they’re out before the US closes the borders - we’re quarter past 1938 Austria already.

I don't think the Dems can stop the firings. But why aren't they proposing legislation that assures those that took the buyout get paid , and that all that are fired, get at least a year severance and health benefits? And any one with a health condition is covered the entire time they are sick?

A long time ago I lived in the US for a time and worked for the Electronics Boutique as a store manager. EB became EB Games, expanded into Canada. A competitor eventually bought them, GameStop. I was pretty loyal, used to shop there almost exclusively. That ended today: www.cbc.ca/news/busines...
