Biggest productivity hack I’ve discovered is to stay off social media during the work day. Posting/creating content is different, but those little dopamine spikes from mindless scrolling kills your ability to focus. Save it all up for the end of the day as a reward!

Never seen it framed this way. Good take!

Anyone saying that GenAI could replace software engineers don't understand how software is created (and operated.) Tool innovations have always make the process of building software faster, cheaper: GenAI and AI agents will also do this. But these are tools and efficiency gains.

If you like hip-hop and rappers over 50, the new Snoop & Dre album is 🔥🔥🔥 #musicsky

Eat your own dogfood. If you can’t use your own product, no one else will be able to. #buildinpublic

For most LLM use cases, fine-tuning, and RAG is not needed. Simply giving examples in your prompt of what you want in the output yields some pretty solid results. #buildinpublic

Another great starter pack! Loving these things on Bluesky. #founders #startups bsky.app/starter-pack...

Didn’t think too hard about relying on OpenAI exclusively for our app until today. Claude and Gemini model support added to the backlog for next week! #buildinpublic

I’m finding #cursor to be an amazing tool. However, to use the AI assistance with anything somewhat complex, you really need to guide it. Providing documentation links, telling it the pattern you want to follow or giving examples seem to be required to get good results. #buildinpublic

Whenever I don't feel like working, this simple 25 min pomodoro timer is like magic. There's something about that little ticking clock that gives me the right amount of pressure I need to get shit done! pomofocus.io #productivity

From idea to reality: We've got a working agent experience for Devplan! Watching this vision come to life is proof that progress starts with small, consistent steps. The future of AI-driven product development is taking shape—let’s keep building. 🚀

ICYMI, a Stanford study of 50K engineers found 9.5% are doing little to no work. The study was imperfect, but wow, what a claim. People do their best work when they feel like they are growing or will be rewarded. Simple as that. Without either, most people try to skate by if culture allows it.

I've created a "Active Builders" Starter Pack. Reply and I'll add you. Repost so we can reach more people! go.bsky.app/6ozExsA

Building with AI is like being a PM, engineer, and therapist all at once. One minute you’re solving problems and building features; the next, you’re coaxing a model to stop hallucinating and be a more active listener.

Ok I've just made a starter pack of some of the best IndieHackers, Founders and Solopreneurs For the Part 2. Follow them all 👇 If you want to be added - - Drop a 👋 - Share your project URL 🔗 go.bsky.app/KAHwWek
