It’s very cool to see multiple ambitious, complex games do stonks numbers recently (notably Kingdom Come D2; Baldur’s Gate 3) Many franchises understandably tone down their complexity in a bid to be more accessible. But this shows that challenge, choice, and strategy can sell. This is good!
