This was Hank Mobley’s last session for Blue Note and as a leader, and it wasn’t released for 10 years. It’s too bad—even after 25+ albums, he was still innovating. He could have been a force in the 80s, when young Jazz musicians found inspiration from the hard bop masters. #Jazzsky #NowSpinning
