16 years in business. 7 roasting our own coffee and 1 since we stopped taking on new cafes. Staff are pensioned, well paid and I hope happy. Seeming need for exponential growth in business is a lie. Knowing and appreciating when you've enough is a more than decent replacement. Lots never get that.
