Jon Stewart reminds us that (1) if everything is an emergency, nothing is an emergency, and (2) "norms" are not laws, the GOP has been ignoring them since Gingrich, and the Dems should change the rules if we don't like them. Filibuster, anyone?

Trump learned well from Cheney's example with the Iraq War and Halliburton - "Rebuild Gaza" means "give billions of US taxpayers' dollars to companies owned by Trump's friends". It's ALWAYS about the grift.

@wadems.org Sharing a great idea I saw on @bsky.app: Blue states should boycott red states and their products in solidarity with Canada and Mexico. No travel, no purchases, etc. WA Dems could go further and direct all purchases to be of Canadian and Mexican products, rather than American.

Outraged that Trump let Musk access sensitive personal data? Remember that (1) the Prez can declassify anything at any time and (2) the Prez controls federal law enforcement (FBI, DOJ, etc.). "They should be stopped/arrested" only works when the cops are independent from the perpetrators.
