Another month, another hour+ phone call with Healthnet to get them to fix a "surprise billing" issue. They want $1500 for a CT scan done at an in-network hospital. Supposed to be $50. 3 months in a row now. Keep being told "it takes 30 days to process". I've been calling each month since March.

Chase Bank offers "no interest" credit card purchases if paid over a certain amount of time. But add a monthly fee effectively making interest rate close to or higher than the APR. False advertising at best. I cant seem to find where to send complaint. Keep getting sent elsewhere.
