Thank you so much! New Orleans airport kind of registers to me a nothing burger. It's neither good nor bad. Probably with you that it leans more bad than good, especially given the food options (very limited in the best food city in America!)

Jaylen Clark on his new contract: “I love being in Minnesota, I’m excited. It feels like I’m officially a part of everything. I can play in the playoffs. It’s been cool. The journey has been long, but it’s been well worthwhile.”

I’m trying to tell people. Worst. Airport. Ever.

Yes. This is the correct interpretation. Natural business move. Still plenty of mutual admiration between the Wolves and Naz.

One random note … why is anybody surprised by the likelihood of Naz Reid opting out of his contract? This was always the likely path. That’s what happens when you sign a contract, then get better over the next two years. You decline that third-year option. It’s business.

Our Timberwolves newsletter will be out today. For the main story … players like Edwards, McDaniels & Reid are young in age, but have experience to pass on to the rookies. I talk about how that dynamic is shaping the team. Sign up here to get it free: pages.e2ma.net/pages/178836...

"This one didn't feel like there was a chance in hell." But there was. The Timberwolves complete one of the most improbable comebacks in NBA regular-season history. Trying to sum up how it all happened in Oklahoma City. Have a read: www.startribune.com/minnesota-ti...

The Timberwolves were 22-for-22 from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter and overtime.

Anthony Edwards, celebrating that he got that block on Shai “with a bad calf.”

Anthony Edwards on his block of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: "That took everything out of me. What’s crazy, is I don’t even think I jumped that high. That’s what was crazy. When I blocked it I was definitely talking a lot of trash, for sure."

If it's me, I'm fouling here and playing that game with OKC now out of timeouts.

The Timberwolves are two stops away from winning this game, somehow.

Naz Reid grabbing at his right ankle and is in a lot of pain after tripping toward the end of the quarter here.

Funny moment where Daigneault was standing alone in the middle of the floor and seemed frustrated with the in-house replays not offering him different angles of that foul going into the timeout.

Well, this could end up being the night Ant gets his first triple double. He's at 15-11-7

Mike Conley was complaining about Shai's off-arm shove to an official a few possessions ago. He then draws an offensive foul on a Shai off-arm shove.

A note from Chris Finch pregame on DiVincenzo. He said the plan is for DiVincenzo to practice on Wednesday when the team practices in Los Angeles.

With Terrence Shannon Jr. and Mike Conley picking up 3 fouls, Joe Ingles joins the rotation this evening.

OKC feared the Garza-Clark two-man game so much they forgot to guard Anthony Edwards, who gets an easy dunk. Thunder lead 23-19 early here. McDaniels off to a good start offensively with 9 points, but OKC has it rolling on offense so far.

Mike Conley and Naz Reid each with 2 fouls here 7 minutes into the first.

Thing that maybe only I care about, but another courtside/scorer’s table print media seat bites the dust here in Oklahoma City. :(

Jaylen Clark is available and starting tonight. Conley, Edwards, McDaniels, Reid your other starters.

Donte DiVincenzo going through some 3-on-3 work here.

Maybe I need to be clearer and not so bland in my message... SEND ME QUESTIONS FOR THE MAILBAG. There we go. That feels better.
