Four months ago I was running 15 miles at an 8ish minute pace. Today I walked just under two miles with my dog. It took nearly an hour and was exhausting. There's still a super long way to go to getting back to where I was, but with PT starting this week I'm confident I'll get there. 😎💪

Decided to try and take public transit home from physical therapy to dodge commute hour Uber costs. Paid and went on through. Elevators at the station were both out of order and I’m here on crutches. 😩 I did, barely, make it up the stairs and on to the L but FUCK it was hard.
