Hope everyone's enjoying the GE2024 campaigning. Here in Kerry Danny Healy-Rae is apparently handing out branded packets of pencils to schoolchildren and I've just seen a video for his brother to the tune of We Didn't Start The Fire with lyrics swapped to Charlie Chaplin, sheepdog trials, and Peig.

Spent the day today cleaning out boxes on my wardrobe & at least a blackbag of stuff went in the bin. The amount of stuff we hold onto unnecessarily is mindblowing. There is things there from my leaving cert (2008) getting rid of it all helps to clear the mind aswell as the space

With my doctor earlier chatting about my depression, she says all she can do is increase my medication and my psychologist is who needs to help with whats actually going on but she is no good she dances around my clear dispair and tries to blame it on work etc. Set up to fail? 🤔 #mentalhealth
