I had a high pitched tone in my PC that was driving me bananas. I was worried it was coil whine, but it seemed to be a fan. If anyone also has this issue, check the fan PT_FAN in the fan speed settings of your BIOS! It was a super tiny fan attached to my NVMe heat sink! I told it shush until 50c

There’s rumors that the AMD 9060 XT won’t have the video encoding hardware accelerators that the 9070 and 9070 XT have, which may make it perform much worse for streaming. I hope this isn’t true or the prices come down for the 9070 XT
