The IDF says the Red Cross has notified it that Hisham al-Sayed, a mentally ill Israeli Befouin held hostage by Hamas for almost a decade, was handed over to them by Hamas in Gaza City. The Red Cross is bringing him to the IDF which will bring him back to Israel.
