As a working parent with a kid going to college next year, this is not something I'd like to see come to pass. I guess my son would be expected to work to earn money he then can't spend because he has to use it to pay taxes on his scholarship funding? Unbelievable!

Last night I got to see Cyndi Lauper's farewell tour. I've been a fan of hers since the '80s and I love how she has used her platform to promote lgbtq+ and women's rights! I did not expect to bawl through True Colors and Girls Just Want to Have Fun. It was wonderful to be part of a big safe crowd.
